Overview

At Apex Designz, all of our products are printed and shipped by our trusted third-party print-on-demand partner. This allows us to deliver high-quality, custom-printed T-shirts made just for you. Shipping timelines, methods, and tracking are managed directly by our fulfillment provider.

Processing Times

  • Order Processing: Once you place an order, it is automatically sent to our print partner for production.

  • Production Time: Typically 2–7 business days before shipping. Times may vary based on product type, order volume, and location.

  • Orders are fulfilled Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Shipping times vary depending on the destination:

Note: Shipping times do not include production time.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, selected shipping method, and item quantity. In some cases, free shipping may be offered as part of a promotion.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

  • Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking info to update.

  • If your tracking link shows no updates for more than 5 business days, contact us and we’ll investigate.

Third-Party Shipping Responsibility

Since shipping is handled by our third-party print provider:

  • We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by carriers (e.g., weather, customs, or strikes).

  • We do not have control over shipping operations once your order has left the production facility.

  • However, we will support you in resolving any shipping-related issues to the best of our ability.

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

  • We will work with our print partner to investigate and, where appropriate, provide a replacement or refund.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship to most countries worldwide, but some regional restrictions may apply.

  • Customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import duties imposed by their country.
