Refund Policy

At Apex Designz, your satisfaction is important to us. Because all of our products are made to order using a print-on-demand process, we do not offer refunds for buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing, or custom design errors made by the customer. However, we are committed to resolving any issues with defective or damaged items.

1. All Sales Are Final

Each item is custom printed specifically for your order. As such, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Ordering the wrong size, color, or style

  • Custom design errors submitted by the customer

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Items

If your item arrives defective, damaged, or with a print error, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will gladly offer a replacement or refund in the following cases:

  • Product is damaged in transit

  • Print is misaligned, faded, or incorrect

  • Item received is not what was ordered

To process your claim, please include the following:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item

  • A brief description of the issue

3. Wrong Address or Delivery Issues

We are not responsible for orders lost or returned due to incorrect shipping information provided at checkout. Please double-check your address before placing your order.

If the order is returned to the sender due to an address error or delivery failure, we can re-ship it at your expense.

4. Processing Your Refund or Replacement

Once your claim is reviewed and approved:

  • Replacements will be produced and shipped at no cost to you.

  • Refunds (if issued) will be credited to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
